Degory Priest, Mayflower Passenger

I spent a few years studying everything about my Mom's Mann family who go back to Plymouth Colony. I thought I would find a Mayflower connection, but so far nothing. Then comes a revelation on my Dad's side. I am as white as you can get--most all branches of my family go back to the start of our country. Good thing, I guess, because researching in other countries is a little challenging.

Degory Priest (9th great grandfather) was on the Mayflower and is well documented. He didn't survive the first year in America, but his family did because they arrived later when the colony was more established (after his death.)
